  Application: Electric wheel hub motor stator and balance car (torque car) motor stator detection

  Specific requirements: withstand voltage, insulation, resistance, three-phase resistance balance (resistance difference or percentage), impulse (sample collection or two-two comparison)

  At present, the stator test of electric vehicle motor is mainly four tests of resistance (including three-phase unbalance), withstand voltage, insulation and impulse test. For the customer, the single-item item-by-item test is inefficient and the labor cost is high. The AN8216S test can greatly improve the test efficiency, meet the customer's capacity demand, and also reduce the manual input, and the size is small, and it is easy to cooperate with the production line.

  Demand analysis:

Test items Test method
Withstand voltage test Applying a set voltage to the stator winding and the iron core twice the rated voltage +1000v, test the leakage current of the stator insulation part.
Insulation resistance test Apply a set voltage of direct current (500v or 1000v) between the stator winding and the core to test the insulation resistance of the stator insulation.
Resistance test Test the winding resistance value of the specified winding. The test can be automatically converted to the resistance value at the standard temperature according to the actual ambient temperature. Calculated according to the resistance of the motor, the formula is as follows: (resistance maximum - minimum) / average * 100%
Impulse test Give the specified winding an instantaneous high voltage, use the LC oscillation to generate the damped oscillation waveform, and use the waveform comparison to calculate the area and the difference area.


  1. One-time clamping completes withstand voltage, insulation, turn-to-turn, resistance, test, and can calculate and judge the balance of three-phase resistance;

  2. For the characteristics of small stator winding resistance, equipped with four-terminal test clip, it can accurately and stably measure the resistance value;

  3. For the same characteristics of the electric motor stator winding resistance, the resistance balance test function is added to judge the difference in resistance between different windings to judge whether it is qualified or not;

  4. For different stator terminals of electric vehicles, we can advise customers to do the corresponding test fixtures to ensure that the tester and stator are perfectly matched;

  5, can build up to 1000 different test files, and have test data storage and U disk data export function;

  6, built-in PLC switch interface, can be quickly docked with the automated production line.

  Test process:

  There are two ways to detect at the customer: one is manual line testing, and the other is semi-automated production line testing.

  For the first method: When the motor stator flows to the inspection station along with the production line, manually take the stator to the tooling (contact of the motor stator housing), manually test the clamping line, step on the foot switch, and test! After the test is completed, it has been judged. Whether it is a qualified product, manual disconnection, sorting qualified non-conforming products, and then testing and testing the next stator;

  For mode 2: When the motor stator flows to the inspection station along with the production line, the production line sensor will self-trigger test (or abnormal alarm). After the test is judged to be qualified or not, the sorting product still needs to be manually disassembled. (no need to manually clamp the stator and start the test)
