Test items test method
Withstanding voltage test An alternating current of a set voltage is applied between the stator winding and the core to test the leakage current of the stator insulation portion.
Insulation resistance test A direct current of a set voltage is applied between the stator winding and the core. Test the insulation resistance value of the stator insulation part.
Impulse test A turn-to-turn test is performed between the winding and the winding. It is required to test the weak point of the coil and have a strong discharge capacity. The fire point can be seen in the damaged part during the test.
Resistance test Test the winding value of the specified winding. The test can be automatically converted to the resistance value at the standard temperature according to the actual ambient temperature.
Anti-embedding test Through the Hall principle, the specific de-embedded winding position can be accurately judged 100% without misjudgment or missed judgment.
Steering test By determining the actual steering of the motor by the direction of the magnetic field, the system itself can set the steering to compare with the actual test results.
Vacuum environment It is required to carry out under the set negative pressure during the daytime test, and the negative pressure holding capacity requirement during the test is ±2 kPa.

  1. The customer pays attention to the pressure holding capacity, that is, the ability to maintain the vacuum chamber negative pressure during the test. The industry generally requires a pressure fluctuation of ±2 kPa for the -50Kpa-90Kpa test process. The AN96951V can now achieve a positive fruit process holding pressure of +1.52 kPa by controlling the vacuum pump cycle pumping.

  2. Impulse detection ability, daytime discharge capacity. At present, the inter-turn impact test method for the stator of the compressor has been developed. This method can measure the coil turns of 10uH or more, the stability between turns is less than 2%, and the discharge capacity of the daytime discharge capacitor can be 0.047uF, and the breakdown capability is strong. The discharge spark is large.

  3. Test speed: standard compressor stator, when all items are open, the vacuum pressure is set to -60KPa, the machine test period of single stator is <6s, the vacuum pressure is set to -90KPa, the machine test period of single stator is <8s (When the pressure and insulation are set to 1 s)
