The second generation ANBTS7201 Series Pulse Lithium Battery Cell Short
Circuit Tester from Ainuo Instrument Co., Ltd. is designed for insulation
performance testing between the positive and negative electrode sheets of
lithium battery cells before injection, as well as between the positive and
negative electrode tabs and the battery cell shell.
The tester uses a pulse boosting and voltage drop detection method to
effectively detect insulation short circuits, micro short circuits, low
insulation resistance, etc. in unqualified and suspicious battery cells caused
by damage, perforation, foreign objects, burrs, etc., on the isolating
membrane.
The tester adopts a new generation test method of constant current charge,
free discharge, and constant current discharge to meet the new fast and stable
battery cell short circuit test requirements in cases of increasing static
capacity of power battery and energy storage battery cells.
The series tester features multiple functions such as short circuit test,
BDV test, insulation resistance test, capacitance test, weak conductive
resistance test, and open circuit detection, along with three-channel scanning
output, PLCIOLANRS232 and other communication control interfaces, suitable
for quick testing on automated lithium battery cell production lines.
