AN17(F)Series Aircraft Ground Solid-state Power Supply is designed to provide high-quality 400Hz intermediate frequency voltage for civil and military aircraft during ground maintenance, support, starting, and airborne equipment maintenance. This power unit utilizes high-performance FPGA processors for pure digital control and employs novel 12-pulse rectifier technology, featuring low harmonic content, fast response, high power factor, high overall efficiency, minimal grid pollution, and high reliability. It operates normally within a temperature range of -40 °C to +60 °C, with a protection grade of IP55, fully meeting outdoor application requirements. Compared to the previous generation, this series of products boasts a 30% reduction in volume, achieving the highest power density in the industry. With multiple patents for invention, it represents a top-tier aircraft ground solid-state power.
Strong overload capability, withstand 4 times overload for 1s.
Superiorwaveform quality, with a harmonic content of <2%.
Equipped with interocking power supply function, ensuring a safe power supply for aircraft.
"Black box" function, easy maintenance.
Working temperature: -40℃~+60'℃, protection grade: IP55.
Small size, high power density, low weight, high efficiency, and low noise level.
Vertical, trailer-mounted, and bridge-mounted integrated design, high modularity, and high reliability.
With novel 12-pulse rectifier technology, the input currentdistortion is <5%, and the input power factor is >0.96.
Equipped with an automatic voltage drop compensation function, ensuring precise voltage at the aircraft end.

AN17 Series Single Power features parallel expansion capability, which forms a high-capacity centralized power supply system, along with distribution cabinets, voltage drop compensators, and other accessories. It is applied in locations such as maintenancehangars and military airfield aprons where multiple aircraft are parked. The system parallels multiple power units through distribution cabinets, distributing power to multiple aircraft positions, with each route equipped with voltage drop compensators to automatically compensate for cable voltage drop. The system automatically identifies the masterand slave units based on the power-on sequence of the power modules, with the unit powered on first acting as the master and the subsequent ones as slaves. The intelligent configuration strategy is used, automatically starting or stopping power units based onload size or aircraft quantity. In the event of a power supply failure, the system can automatically shut down and disconnect from the paralleling systems without affecting the normal operation of other parts.
