To address the problem of partial discharge in motors, we provide comprehensive and professional solutions to identify potential insulation defects in advance and improve product quality. The solutions apply to various DUTs (Devices Under Test) such as pins, insulation paper, stators, and complete machines, meeting diverse usage scenarios including laboratories, production lines, and online testing.
①Partial discharge capacity: The partial discharge measurement of the DUT when the specified voltage is applied to the DUT. The test result is the discharge capacity;
②PDIV: Refers to the minimum voltage at which the partial discharge capacity exceeds the specified threshold during the test as the voltage gradually increases from a lower level where no partial discharge occurs;
③RPDIV: The minimum voltage at which the partial discharge capacity repetitively exceeds the specified value during the test as the voltage gradually increases from a lower level where no partial discharge occurs;
④PDEV: The highest voltage at which the partial discharge capacity is below the specified value during the test as the voltage gradually decreases from a higher value exceeding the partial discharge inception voltage (PDIV);
⑤RPDEV: The highest voltage at which the local discharge capacity repeatedly falls below the specified value during the test, as the voltage gradually decreases from a higher value that exceeds the partial discharge inception voltage (PDIV). Note: The above definitions have been optimized for easy understanding. For details, refer to the IEC standard.
